Vector files (SVG, AI, PDF, EPS) engrave best. High-resolution PNG or JPG also works for most artwork — we will redraw small details by hand if needed, at no extra cost.
Single gifts usually ship in 3–5 business days after proof approval. Batch and corporate orders of 50+ pieces typically take 1–2 weeks depending on the material.
No minimum. One keychain is just as welcome as 500 branded fobs — pricing per piece simply drops as the quantity goes up.
Often, yes. Send photos and the material details. We test settings on a similar offcut first, and we will decline the job rather than risk damaging a keepsake.
We ship across Canada as standard, and to the United States on request. International shipping is quoted per order.
